Commission Status: OPEN

  • Flat color or gradient background: Free

  • Simple Background: $25

  • Complex/Detailed Background: $50

  • Small pets/familiars: $20

  • Big pets/animal companions: 50% of base price per pet

  • Additional characters: 75% of base price per character

  • Heavily detailed armor/outfit, large or complex weapons, intricate tattoos or tattoo designs, magical/spell effects, design work (little to no visual reference or non-specific references): $5-$15

TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.

  2. Commissions are for personal use only. If you're looking for commercial work, email me at [email protected] and we can discuss it.

  3. Prices are in USD.

  4. Payments are made upfront via PayPal invoice.

  5. Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment via invoice.

  6. Commissions are non-refundable once I start working on them.

  7. Once payment is received and I have started the commission, I will keep you up to date with how the process is going by sending the commission for revision and approval at least two times during the whole process, one after the sketch is finished and another one after the lineart and base coloring are finished.

  8. Revisions allow for changes to be made for free, which include major or minor changes during the sketch phase and only minor changes after the sketch has been approved, but keep in mind that too many requests and/or requests to change too much of what has already been done may incur in extra charge.

  9. I usually post commissions on my social media and may add them to my portfolio or use them as examples for future work, but if you wish for you commission to stay private please let me know.

  10. You cannot edit, modify or trace the commission in any way without my permission.

  11. I do not allow my work to be made into NFTs or used in any blockchain-related technology.

  12. I do not allow my work to be used in any type of image generation AI technology.

HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service, so please make sure to read them beforehand.To request a commission, you can send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Commission Request". You should include in the email the type of commission you want, a description of what you have in mind (the more detailed you can be with your description the better) and as many reference images as possible. Believe me, you can never send too many reference images! The images can be attached to the email separately or grouped up in a PDF, or they can be in a Google Drive folder or a Pinterest board which you can send me the link to. Just a reminder that I can also work with little to no reference images, but a design fee will be included in the pricing for those cases.Examples of what to include in the description and reference images are: race and class, outfit (clothing/armor and accessories), weapons and/or spells, pose, background and pets if included, physical appearance of the character(s), including eye color, hair color and style, other facial features, skin color, body type, any markings, scar or tattoos and anything else you find relevant. You can also include a brief description of the character's personality and background if you wish.After you send a request, you can expect a reply in about 1-3 days.If you have any questions regarding commissions or any other business inquiries, feel free to send me an email.
